Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday (Fixed)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant for a jewellery showroom based in Gurugram. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in accounting, GST and TDS compliance, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and vendor payment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within the prescribed deadlines.

• Maintain GST and TDS records and ensure statutory compliance.

• Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage vendor payments, verify invoices, and maintain vendor accounts.

• Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, journal entries, and supporting documents.

• Reconcile customer and vendor balances and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and taxation purposes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Practical experience in GST and TDS return filing.

• Experience in bank reconciliation and vendor payment processing.

• Ability to prepare balance sheets and financial statements.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
