Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Park Street

Key Responsibilities:

Head of Accounts Department (HOD – Accounts)
Complete statutory supervision and compliance
In-depth handling of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and MCA (returns, payments, and reconciliations)
Financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
Finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors
Supervision of daily accounting operations
Monitoring receivables, payables, and banking transactions
Ensuring timely statutory payments and filings
Handling appeals and drafting replies to statutory notices
Liaisoning with banks and credit control management

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (TDS, GST, MCA, Income Tax)
Experience in financial planning and budgeting
Leadership and team-handling capability
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience
Good communication and reporting skills
