Responsibilities:

·         Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

·         Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·         Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

·         Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings and ensure statutory compliance.

·         Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

·         Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

·         Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

·         Monitor and improve internal control systems and accounting procedures.

·         Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting.

·         Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.

Requisite Skills:

·         Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce / accounting / finance (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).

·         Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

·         Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Excel.

·         In-depth understanding of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance.

·         Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

·         Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

·         Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce / accounting / finance (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).
