Accounts – Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage vendor invoices, payment processing GST & TDS RETURN FILING and reconciliation activities. The candidate will be responsible for verifying bills, matching invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of entries, coordinating with vendors for clarifications, and processing payments within timelines. The role includes maintaining accurate records in the accounting system, reconciling vendor statements, monitoring ageing reports, supporting month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, and capable of managing high-volume transactions with accuracy.
