Manager Accounts

*Job Profile/Description*

- Managing various accounting activities including preparation & maintenance of cash/ bank books, ledger & finalize all books of accounts.

- Generating monthly P&L accounts, trial balance and responsible for drawing balance sheet, reconciliation of bank accounts & control accounts & submitting to the Management.

- Bank / Debtors & Creditors reconciliation reporting.

- Liaison with corporate client for payment follow ups.

- As part of Expense Management, formulating annual & monthly budgets and conducting variance analysis for the management.

- Assisting top management in designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control and accomplish corporate goals.

- Preparing & managing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance & to assist them in their decision making process.

- To negotiate the procurement of office-related contractual services, including suppliers of office equipment and maintenance services as part of vendor management

*Qualifications*

CA intern/B.Com/ http://B.Com + http://M.Com / http://B.Com + MBA

*Experience*

1-4 years (experience in accounts domain is a must)

*Other/Special Requirements*

Key Skills desired candidate should have:

Strong communication skills

Excellent knowledge of http://Tally.ERP 9.0, MS Excel, MS Word and Internet

Good knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc
