JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience: 4–10 Years

CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, GST compliance, and financial reporting for our garment manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts and day-to-day accounting activities

• Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ITC reconciliation

• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and supporting financial reports

• Ensure accurate entries and reporting in TallyPrime / Tally ERP9

• Support statutory audits and coordinate with auditors/consultants

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience in GST & Tally

• Good knowledge of AR/AP, reconciliations, and MIS

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Experience in manufacturing / garments industry preferred
