JOB TITLE: Senior Accountant – Manufacturing Industry
Experience: 3–6 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions, and general ledger.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, purchase and sales entries.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis.

• Maintain proper records of expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

• Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation, and filing support.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage inventory and stock-related accounting records in coordination with the stores/production team.

• Monitor raw material, finished goods, and other inventory transactions.

• Support costing, production accounting, and analysis of manufacturing expenses.

• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial data to management.

• Assist in budgeting, cash-flow management, audits, and statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, banks, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting; manufacturing industry experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.

• Experience in inventory accounting and manufacturing-related accounting will be preferred.

• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
