Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Experience :- 4–6 years experience in accounts & finance

Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, finalization of accounts, and preparation of Balance Sheet and financial statements. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, journal, cash, bank)
Maintain general ledger, trial balance, and reconciliations
Bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax workings and returns
Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements
Coordinate with auditors during audits and finalization
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow
Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policy

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in Balance Sheet preparation & finalization
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Proficiency in Tally / ERP / accounting software
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:

B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) preferred
Minimum 4–6 years experience in accounts & finance
Experience in construction/manufacturing industry is an added advantage
