Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail - oriented Senior Accounts Executive with 2-3years of hand-on experience in accounting and proficiency in Tally. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts operation, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting compliance & reporting requirements.

Roles and Responsibilites

• Maintain & update financial records using Tally ERP

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions ( sales, purchase, receipts, payments)

• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Generate invoices & follow up on payments

• Prepare GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, & annual financial closing

• Prepare reports and financial statements

• Coordinate with auditor during audits

• Monitor expenses & ensure proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance B.COM prefferred.

• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong working knowledge of Tally

• Basic knowledge of TDS, GST & Taxation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

• Good analytical & problem solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling audits & compliance

• Knowledge of payroll processing

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Timings : 09hours Sunday Off

Salary : 3lpa to 4.2lpa

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
