Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliations • Manage accounts payable and receivable • Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance • Generate financial reports including balance sheets, profit C loss statements, and cash flow statements • Track and manage inventory (if applicable) through Tally • Process employee reimbursements and payroll accounting • Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all financial transactions • Ensure timely and accurate entry of data and adherence to internal controls • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field • 3-5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools • Knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Familiarity with statutory compliance
