To support our growing operations, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can efficiently manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the financial stability and growth of the organization.

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, monitoring financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, managing reconciliations, supervising accounting processes, and supporting management with financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for hotel properties.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.

• Monitor revenue entries, invoices, bills, and payment transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations, GST calculations, TDS entries, and statutory compliance.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

• Verify departmental expenses and ensure proper documentation.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control activities.

• Ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies and financial procedures.

• Assist management with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure smooth workflow within the accounts department.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
