Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, reconciliations, and
vouchers.
- Maintain and update all books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards.
- Handle GST filings, TDS calculations and returns, and other statutory compliances in
coordination with CAs and other tax consultants.
- Prepare and support financial reports, MIS, and documentation for audits.
- Liaise with the company’s external auditors for audits and filing returns.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable; follow up with vendors and customers.
Office Administration
- Oversee general office administration and daily operations, including timekeeping and
attendance.
- Manage office supplies, infrastructure, vendors, and service providers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of office tasks.
- Handle scheduling, documentation, filing, and compliance support.
- Manage travel arrangements and accurate filing of documents.
