We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in month-end close, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and balance sheets

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting (as applicable)

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Mentor and review work of junior accounting staff

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making

  Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting requirements

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
