Job Profile – Accountant
Position: Accountant
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain proper books of accounts.
Work efficiently on Tally and MS Excel for data entry, reports, and analysis.
Prepare and file GST returns, handle TDS/TCS compliance, and support in ITR filing.
Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per GST regulations.
Maintain and process labour salary sheets, attendance records, and statutory compliance.
Prepare and organize site-wise files, vouchers, and project-related accounting records.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all bills, invoices, challans, and statutory papers.
Assist in audits, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
Provide overall support in end-to-end accounting operations of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, TCS, ITR filing, E-Invoices & E-Way Bills.
Ability to manage labour payroll and attendance records accurately.
Good organizational skills to maintain site-wise and project-wise accounting files.
Knowledge of statutory compliances and documentation.
