Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. The candidate must have strong expertise in GST, VAT, Import/Export accounting, E-commerce accounting, Stock Journals, P&L management, and ITR filing. Advanced Excel skills and excellent English communication (reading, writing, and speaking) are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping

• Prepare, analyze, and manage Profit & Loss statements

• Handle GST & VAT compliance, filings, and reconciliations

• Manage Import & Export accounting transactions

• Oversee E-commerce accounting (marketplace & payment gateway reconciliation)

• Maintain and manage Stock Journals & inventory accounting

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR)

• Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations

• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements

• Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation

• Support audits and management reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of GST, VAT, and taxation laws

• Experience in Import/Export and E-commerce accounting

• Experience in maintaining Stock Journals & inventory records

• Hands-on experience in ITR filing

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)

• Strong P&L management and financial reporting knowledge

• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)

• High attention to detail and accuracy
