About the Role

FINSPIRE Academy is looking for a Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to independently manage the complete Accounts & Finance operations for our Academy and a 150-student hostel. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a stable, long-term career with ownership and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations.
- Handle GST, TDS, and all statutory compliances.
- Maintain books of accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors for account finalization and audits.
- Liaise with banks and statutory authorities.
- Ensure timely tax filings and financial compliance.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
- 3–7 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and accountability.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
