We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing general accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting policies, and internal controls.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.
Mentor junior accounting staff and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
