To take 100% ownership of the company's financial records, ensuring all entries, filings, and follow-ups are completed on time without requiring reminders from management.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Manage all Purchase, Sales, Payments, and Receipts entries in Tally.
Compliance: Handle monthly GST filings and coordinate directly with the CA for audits and tax compliance.
Banking: Perform regular Bank Reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Receivables Management: Proactively raise invoices and conduct rigorous follow-ups for overdue payments and pending dues.
Reporting: Track invoice raising pendency and provide weekly status updates to management.
Independence: Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters; manage all reminders and coordination internally and externally.
