Job Summary:

Chandela Infra Engineering Private Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to management for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations of the company.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3. Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

4. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

5. Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and ROC-related financial requirements.

6. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

7. Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow statements.

8. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

9. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

10. Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and ledgers.

11. Prepare MIS reports and present financial analysis to management.

12. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

13. Manage payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processes.

14. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

15. Support project accounting activities related to infrastructure and construction projects.

16. Maintain records related to vendor payments, subcontractors, and project expenses.

17. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

• CA Inter/M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or EPC companies will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
