Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of all entries
Monitor income, expenses, and profitability of the factory
Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management
Manage vendor payments and reconcile supplier accounts
Maintain records of purchases and expenses
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Accuracy of financial reports
- Timely GST and statutory filings
- Cost control and reduction in wastage
- Proper inventory management
- Audit compliance
