Senior Accountant

Accountant – Garment Export House

Company Overview:

We are a growing garment manufacturing and export company specializing in women’s fashion apparel for international markets including Spain, UK, USA, and other global destinations. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations and support the company’s accounting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare purchase, sales, and expense entries in Tally/ERP.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.

• Manage GST invoicing, GST returns, and other tax-related documentation.

• Coordinate with CA for taxation, audits, and compliance matters.

• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and monthly statements.

• Maintain export-related accounting records and documentation.

• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.

• Handle payroll entries and employee reimbursements.

• Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.

• Assist management with budgeting and cost analysis.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or related commerce degree.

• 1–5 years of accounting experience preferred.

• Experience in garment export or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
