🌟 Job Description – Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Head Office – Badarpur (near Faridabad border); Future posting (if required) – IMT Faridabad

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 6 days a week

Experience: 8–12 years in accounting (manufacturing/trading environment) Qualification: B.Com (mandatory); M.Com / Inter CA preferred

Preferred Age: 30–45 years Notice Period: Up to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end handling of books of accounts
Finalization of accounts (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
GST & TDS returns, statutory compliance, audit coordination
Bank reconciliation, cash flow, debtors/creditors control
Inventory & stock accounting, MIS reporting
Supervision of billing operations (tax invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, debit/credit notes)
Coordination with dispatch & sales teams

Software Skills:

Tally / ERP systems
Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation, reporting)

Leadership & Stability:

Independent working, ownership mindset
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Stable employment history preferred
Reporting directly to Auditor & Director; part of a 4-member accounts team
