Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing
• Maintain end-to-end books of accounts and pepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements up to finalization.
• Handle manufacturing accounting including:
• Raw material (cashew nut) procurement accounting
• Process costing, yield analysis, and wastage control
• Finished goods valuation and batch-wise costing
• Manage inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, including stock reconciliation with production and stores.
• Monitor production costs, overhead allocation, and cost variance analysis to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, FSSAI-related accounting, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle vendor payments, receivables, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, margin analysis, and management dashboards.
• Support internal, statutory, and GST audits, including documentation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial and inventory reporting.
• Implement and monitor internal controls related to inventory, costing, and financial processes.
