Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime or ERP software.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Generate and verify invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST return filing.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process employee reimbursements and coordinate payroll-related accounting entries.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
Assist in statutory audits and internal audits.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation records.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities as required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports.
