ADIVA POLYMERS LIMITED is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in accounting within the manufacturing/polymers industry and are ready to take on a responsible role, we’d love to connect with you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements & MIS reporting
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Handle bank operations, cash flow management & fund planning
• Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations & resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants & regulatory authorities
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
🎓 Requirements:
• B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification in Finance/Accounting
• 4–5 years of experience (Manufacturing/Polymers industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & compliance
• Experience in audits, financial reporting & finalization of accounts
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel
• Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
