Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and expenses.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.

• Handle GST returns, reconciliation, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and GST-related compliance.

• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.

• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Prepare and verify invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting documents.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers whenever required.

• Assist management with financial analysis, MIS reports, budgeting, and cash-flow monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
