As a Reference Data Team Lead in the Reference Data team, you will play a critical role in managing instrument reference data operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of critical data used across the firm. Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the reference data team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of instrument data Follow the global operating model to effectively support instrument requirements across securities services and markets businesses Analyze data to identify gaps and improve quality across key reference data attributes for multiple asset classes Collaborate with teams responsible for data creation, maintenance, and exception management on core platforms Respond to stakeholder queries and subscriber requests with accuracy and professionalism Ensure robust controls are implemented to minimize risk and maintain data integrity Partner with business and product teams to define requirements and embed strong data quality standards into processes Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of instrument data control frameworks Support change initiatives, product releases, and ongoing transformation projects Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Degree in Finance, Technology, or equivalent practical experience Experience in financial services operations with exposure to instrument reference data Strong understanding of financial instruments such as fixed income, equity, or derivatives Knowledge of securities operations and data lifecycle processes Experience working with market data providers such as Bloomberg, ICE, Euroclear, or Refinitiv Strong data analysis skills, including experience with SQL or data quality tools Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business and product stakeholders Experience working in a global operating environment with flexibility for EMEA time zone JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
