Purchase Executive
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement and purchasing activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, negotiating prices, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain purchase documentation.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing requirements.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, invoices, and purchase reports.
Handle shortages, damaged goods, and vendor-related issues.
Monitor outstanding orders and support inventory planning.
Required Skills:
Negotiation, Procurement, Vendor Management, MS Excel, Communication, Cost Control, Inventory Management, and Problem Solving.
