Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials required for interior design projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain inventory while supporting smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, lighting, electrical, plumbing, paints, and décor items.

• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best rates and payment terms.

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).

• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site supervisors to understand material requirements.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, delivery challans, and vendor details.

• Monitor inventory levels and avoid material shortages.

• Verify material quality and quantity upon delivery.

• Resolve vendor-related issues, including delays, shortages, and damaged materials.

• Ensure procurement is within the approved project budget.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the interior design, construction, or furniture industry.

• Good knowledge of interior materials and vendors.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software for purchase management is an added advantage.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
