Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage and streamline our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling purchase activities, negotiating with vendors, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely order confirmations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing activities and ensure timely procurement of materials.

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using Tally Prime.

• Confirm orders with vendors and ensure timely delivery.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.

• Maintain accurate purchase records and update stock as needed.

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.

• Track and manage vendor performance and maintain strong relationships.

• Prepare reports and documentation using MS Word and Advanced Excel.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Word, and Advanced Excel

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
