Purchase Executive

We are looking for an Purchase Executive-Vendor Management & Tally to join our team at It Company. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, Vendor Management. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchasing

• Identify procurement requirements from internal departments

• Source suppliers and obtain quotations for required materials/services

• Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to finalize vendors

• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs)

• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials

• Follow up with vendors regarding order status and dispatch schedules

• Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus.
