Billing & Procurement Executive – Bengaluru for Interior Fit-outs developer company

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle project billing and procurement activities from enquiry to closure.

• Prepare and verify vendor/client bills, POs, WOs and related documents.

• Coordinate with vendors, site teams, accounts and project managers.

• Obtain quotations, compare rates and negotiate with vendors.

• Procure materials, furniture, fixtures and services for interior fit-out projects.

• Track orders, deliveries, bills and payments.

• Check BOQs, quantities, rates, taxes and supporting documents.

• Monitor procurement costs and resolve discrepancies or delays.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Civil or related field.

• Experience in Interior Fit-outs / Construction / Real Estate / Project Procurement preferred.

• Good knowledge of BOQs, billing, procurement and MS Excel.

• Strong coordination, negotiation, follow-up and documentation skills.

• Detail-oriented, organised and commercially responsible.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
