Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Accountant with 6 months to 2 years of experience who has hands-on exposure to Payroll processing and basic knowledge of TDS and GST. The role involves supporting daily accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations and deductions

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records

• Assist in TDS calculations and basic compliance

• Support GST-related activities, including data preparation for returns

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records

• Coordinate with seniors, consultants, and auditors as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in payroll processing

• Basic working knowledge of TDS and GST

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel

• Understanding of basic accounting principles
