Operations Team Member - HO Support-Support Services-Quality Control-Operations 360 KMBL – RA Ops : Process & Control | Location: Mumbai | Job role Ensuring regulatory compliance on existing process across Retail Operations Monitoring reconciliation of GLs & Office accounts and have required control checks to identify exceptions & irregularities, if any Defining and documenting the various operational requirements and review set-up / implementation Responsible for documenting every possible areas of risk, ensuring issues / gaps are identified, tracked, reported and resolved / fixed in a timely manner Coordinating with various teams, team leads & departments heads, in order to set-up / strength process & products Thread-bear processes and set-up controls & checks, so as to ensure that there are no breach in compliance Support in responding to various requirements from the regulators with regard to Operational activities, post validating the correctness / accuracy of data Conduct audit checks within ops team, if in line with regulations and able to support/guide in fixing gaps Co-ordinate with audit team for smooth audit functioning of Operation activities. Closure of audit points within the defined timelines and fix controls for non-occurrence Job requirements Capability to quickly understand systems & nuances of the systems in operational activities Understanding of Retail Asset products & regulations Ability to foresee risk and areas of slippages in processes & activities Strong in numbers, reconciliation & in preparation of different types of reports & MIS Ability to co-ordinate and collaborate Agility in execution Experience Level Mid Level
