Job Title: Operations Team Member Location: Bangalore Business & Team: Retail Operations Impact & contribution: You are an operations professional who makes things happen for our customers. Exceptional time management skills and Exceptional customer service skills (Internal and External to CBA). Roles & Responsibilities: Review the home loan applications with good understanding on customer request within agreed turnaround time, ensuring consistent accuracy in a high-volume environment. Exhibit adherence to policy and procedure and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreement. Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure highest standards are maintained. Applying sound risk management practices by pro-actively identifying and responding to risks and reporting them as necessary. Providing high levels of internal customer service by working with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues. Raise operational continuous improvement suggestions identified while completing tasks. Have necessary understanding of CBA retail products. Essential Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a related operational role within the financial services industry Exposure/Experience working in Banking Operations. Highly energetic and dynamic professional who are always striving to do better for our customers. Excellent communication skill Written and Oral. Strong in exercising sound judgement backed by analytical and problem-solving skill. Carrying impressive interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our Australian frontline and leading lenders. Demonstrate curious mindset and ability to investigate. Having 3-5 years’ experience in Retail Banking operations related to verification of Home Loan documents, approving funding requests on PayCentral, Creating Mortgages, Funding Home Loan applications and lodging mortgage on PEXA/Sympli. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Business.
