Loan Process Reconciliation Associate

Reconciliation Associate ( Loan process ) The Role: In this role, you will be part of a talented and efficient Fund Services team that works on mission-critical projects within middle and back-office operations. You will manage various accounting and operational processes on behalf of our global client base while maintaining transparent communication with our clients and their fund administrators and trading counterparties. What You’ll Do: Involved in Syndicated and private loans including loan settlement and fees associated with settlement of bank loan trades. Involved in life cycle events in loans like rollover, paydowns, drawdowns, rate resets and role of agents in syndicated loans Knowledge of WSO, virtus , sentry would be an added advantage What You’ll Need: 1 - 2 years minimum of experience in Middle/Back-Office support role at Hedge Fund, Fund Administrator or Prime Broker Should have knowledge in financial products such as Structured Products, MBS, CDS, IRS, TRS, Bank Loans, CFDs etc. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently Willing to work in shifts including APAC and EMEA Experience Level Mid Level
