Lead Fund Raising and Treasury

Lead – Fund Raising & Treasury Responsibilities 1. Build funding strategy aligned to business plan and project cashflows; maintain facility pipeline. 2. Prepare lender/investor packs; manage due diligence, negotiations and approvals with governance discipline. 3. Manage banking relationships, loan documentation coordination and covenant compliance reporting. 4. Plan drawdowns and end-use tracking; align utilization to approved budgets and milestones. 5. Run treasury operations (payments, BG/LC, banking ops) with controls and segregation of duties. 6. Maintain rolling cashflow forecast and liquidity dashboard; recommend working capital actions. 7. Monitor cost of funds, maturity profile and refinancing opportunities; drive optimization actions. 8. Manage treasury risks and policy adherence (interest/FX if applicable) with CFO alignment. Qualifications Essential-CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com from a recognized Indian institution; qualification to match role seniority. Desirable/Preferable-CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) with exposure to real estate, project finance or treasury systems.
