Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant who has a good understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on experience with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain purchase bills and sales entries in accounting software.

• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.

• Manage and record expense entries accurately.

• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

• Support senior accountants in day-to-day accounting operations.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and clarifications.

• Assist in basic GST and TDS workings as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Required

• Experience: Minimum 0 months to 6 month of experience in accounting

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar)

  • Good understanding of MS Excel and MS Office tools

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
