Junior Accountant ka kaam daily accounting tasks handle karna, records maintain karna aur senior accountant ko financial work mein support karna hota hai.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Accounting & Finance

• Daily accounting entries pass karna (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)

• Cash book aur bank book maintain karna

• Bank reconciliation statement (BRS) banana

• Invoices aur bills verify karna

• Petty cash handle karna

🧾 Records & Documentation

• Vouchers, bills aur receipts properly file karna

• Accounting records ko accurate aur updated rakhna

• Vendor aur customer ledger maintain karna

💻 Software & Tools

• Accounting software use karna (Tally / Busy / ERP)

• MS Excel ka use (data entry, basic formulas)

• GST returns ke liye data prepare karna (support role)

📑 Compliance Support

• GST, TDS related basic data maintain karna

• Audit ke time documents arrange karna

• Senior accountant ko reports prepare karne mein help karna

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background preferred

• Tally / Accounting software ka basic knowledge

• MS Excel & MS Word ka working knowledge

• Basic understanding of GST & taxation

• Accuracy, attention to detail

• Time management & discipline

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
