The role primarily involves performing daily bookkeeping, including data entry, managing ledgers, and conducting bank and vendor reconciliations. Key responsibilities also include assisting senior staff with month-end closing, preparing working papers for GST, and providing essential documentation support for internal and statutory audits. Ideal candidates hold a B.Com degree (6m-2 years experience), are proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel, and possess a strong foundational understanding of accounting principles and basic taxation laws.
