Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience and should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations. This role will involve working with financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor and client accounts.

• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements with company records.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.

• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with GST, TDS, and other filings.

• Expense Tracking: Review and process company expenses and ensure accurate reporting.

• Audit Support: Prepare documentation for internal and external audits as required.

• Other Administrative Tasks: Support the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 4-5 years in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax regulations is essential.

• Female candidates preferred due to team requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Certification in Accounting is a plus.
