JD for Accounts Executive

We are North India distributor of 3M India Ltd. with team of more than 450 employees in around 35 locations in North India.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all accounting transactions.

• Record financial transactions.

• Publish financial statements in time.

• Ensure timely bank payments.

• Organizational and time-management skills

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Candidate should know Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups, Hlookups, Pivot tables and accounting software.

• Hands-on experience with Tally prime (Sales & Purchase)

• Candidate should know BRS (Bank reconciliation), Party reconciliation & Cash Book

• Candidate should know Account Payable (AP) & Account receivable (AR)

• Track and process payments for outgoing referral business.

• Other general accounting duties as assigned.

• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
