Key Responsibilities: -
Experience with GST, TDS, and tax filings.
Maintain petty cash for daily office expenses.
Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems (invoices, receipts, payments).
Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
Process vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and other payable/receivable transactions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Support audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Maintain proper filing of accounting records and financial documents.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting.
Perform other related duties as assigned by senior accountants/management.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (internship/fresher can apply).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
