Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn accounting software and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

• Assist with purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.

• Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

• Assist in maintaining ledgers and bank reconciliation.

• Support GST and TDS-related accounting work.

• Update financial data and prepare basic reports in MS Excel.

• Assist senior accountants with day-to-day accounting activities.

• Learn and work on accounting software such as Tally or Busy.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, and ledgers.

• Willingness to learn Tally/Busy and GST procedures.

• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

• Freshers only; prior work experience is not required.
