About the Role
Droneyards Aerial Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a GeM Order Management Executive to manage the complete execution of orders received through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between customers, production, logistics, finance, and internal teams to deliver orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Handle end-to-end execution of GeM purchase orders.
Review purchase orders and verify technical and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing.
Track order progress from confirmation to final delivery.
Documentation
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, warranty certificates, installation reports, and other required documents.
Maintain complete records of all order-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with GeM and customer documentation requirements.
Coordination
Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and logistics teams.
Communicate with government departments regarding delivery schedules and documentation.
Resolve order-related queries and coordinate issue resolution.
Dispatch & Delivery
Plan and monitor dispatch activities.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Track shipments and ensure successful order completion.
Order Tracking & Reporting
Maintain order status reports and delivery timelines.
Update management on pending deliveries, completed orders, and operational issues.
Ensure all milestones are completed within committed timelines.
Payment Support
Coordinate with the finance team for invoice submission.
Assist in tracking payment status and resolving documentation issues related to payments.
Skills Required
Experience working with the GeM Portal and government purchase orders.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in GeM order management, procurement, logistics, or government project coordination.
Experience working with defence, government, or PSU customers is an added advantage.
