Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

KDNI_Consulting - ACON_FPA KDNI Consulting - ACON FPA • Monthly resource planning & tracking actuals with plan. Ensuring accuracy of cost rates and time. • Submit the accruals as per Global finance timelines. • Work with the Global Advisory solution teams and raise member firm recharges (monthly/quarterly). This involves follow up with the member firms ensuring payment is completed withing due timelines • Review and validate the monthly Ledger, identify the missing costs, and prepare accruals - ensuring reconciliation of balances at the month end. • Ensure monthly and quarterly financial management and reporting processes are followed in compliance with KPMG International financial processes. • Share commentary with Global finance on a quarterly basis for over/under spent budgets. • Ability to prioritize workload to meet stakeholder’s expectations. • Ability to think ahead and proactivity execute on follow-up actions. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Advanced excel to provide a summarized financial view to the leadership every month. • Experience with reporting, budget management, and stakeholder management • Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal) • Minimum three years of accounting, finance and/or reporting experience; preferably from a professional service firm. • Proficient in Excel and executive reporting including slide deck creation and summary storyboard tables • Experience working in a professional services or management consulting environment is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong critical thinking skills and analytical thinking. • Bachelor’s degree in B. Com/BBM. • 3-5 Years of relevant experience. • Exposure to interacting with different stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to take ownership and drive work to completion Prioritizing work
