Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and monitor cash-flow statements and payment schedules.
Manage vendor payments, client collections and outstanding balances.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
Prepare invoices, bills, payment vouchers and financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and clients.
Monitor project-wise expenses, budgets and cost control.
Verify purchase bills, material expenses and contractor payments.
Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally/Zoho Books/Excel.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management MIS.
Ensure timely salaries, vendor payments and statutory payments.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
