We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented professional to lead our Accounts, Audit, and Tax team. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage client assignments while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4 team members.
- Allocate work, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Guide, train, and mentor junior staff members.
- Handle client communication independently and maintain professional relationships.
- Review accounting work and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct and supervise:
- Statutory Audits
- Tax Audits
- Internal Audits
- Handle Income Tax compliances including:
- Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing
- Tax Computations
- Tax Planning
- Income Tax Notices
- Handle GST compliances including:
- GST Return Filing
- GST Reconciliations
- GST Audits
- GST Notices and Assessments
- Handle TDS compliances including:
- TDS Payments
- TDS Return Filing
- TDS Reconciliation
- Preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Review financial statements and ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with partners for planning and execution of assignments.
