Finance Specialist Job Description Key skills required: Proficient in Accounting and should have good understanding of Accounting principles and concepts. Ability to interpret, apply and maintain GAAP. Works on financial and accounting assignments with clearly defined objectives. Should have 3-5 yrs of experience in R2R. Job Responsibilities: Record/Classify the transactions posted in Agilent owned Bank Accounts to General Ledger Accounts for financial reporting. Perform Clearing & Reconciliation for open Bank Hits. Analysis of variances & coordination with stake holders to identify the resolutions for open transactions. Prepare & ensure all required adjustments are posted & MEC deliverables are executed. Ability to explore & propose improvement ideas. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, a Master’s degree or CA Inter qualification will be considered an added advantage. Proficient in MS office applications, excel in particular. Experience in SAP is preferred Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
