Key Responsibilities Working on Excel-based financial trackers and reports Accounts Payable, vendor payments Payout Operations 1) Manage daily payout processing for a large base of data collectors 2) Ensure all payments are processed accurately and within timelines Reconciliation & Reporting 1) Match payout reports with operations data on a daily basis 2) Identify mismatches, missing entries, and errors before payments are processed 3) Maintain clean and accurate payout records Supporting daily accounting operations Data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations Preparing MIS and financial reports Assisting in invoice processing and payments Eligibility Criteria Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory) interest and passion for Finance & Accounting Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Intern/ contractor role with opportunities to convert into full time Our Values Empathy, Trust & Candor We put ourselves in the shoes of our colleagues and customers and don’t shy away from uncomfortable conversations, instead building trust through honest and direct feedback.
